Hairspray
I never saw the original film by John Waters, but it didn't matter as this movie was wonderful! I expected it to be silly but instead I was treated to a happy refreshing film. John Travolta in drag was absolutely hysterical and Nikki Blonsky must be one of the greatest finds of the year. Great performance!

Sorry work is taxing you Jay. I'm glad you liked Hairspray. I am excited about seeing it myself. When I saw the movie poster of it I thought that large girl had a funny face...then I did some research on it.
